American was the first store my husband and I looked at when researching countertops for the kitchen. And, the only one we kept returning to... Amazing customer service! Steve, Brooke, Jay and Ginger were personable, informative and professional. They walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood and we comfortable with our decisions. Today was installation day for my kitchen countertops. Jay and the crew showed up early, finished ahead of schedule and they left my kitchen cleaner than it was. The countertops are beautiful!! Jay matched the pattern of the quartz perfectly so that it flows seamlessly from the countertops to the backsplashes and down the waterfall. From day one, American was great. Can't tell you how happy we are!! Just a footnote... I didn't realize until after American installed my quartz countertops, that my cabinet installer had mismeasured the placement of my island considerably. With in 24hrs, Jay and Ricky were at my home to correct the problem!

I had American Stone first do my vanity top for my bathroom from a remnant and they did an amazing job! Honestly, you rarely find this level of great communication and attention to detail in contractors anymore!! So I reached back out to them to do my kitchen. I picked granite slabs from a local place and had them shipped to AS&Gs shop. I got a call from Steve who said that these slabs were not the quality I wanted and did I want to return them and pick new slabs? .... WOW! They looked out for our best interest and really cared that we would be happy with the product. They made excellent recommendations for solutions and completely made sure that the end result was amazing. If I could give them more stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

American Stone & Granite saved my kitchen! After an absolutely awful experience with another company my countertops had to be removed and start from scratch. Steve and Brooke to the rescue. Steve had the ingenuity to correct the design flaws and after so much hard work by him and his team, made my kitchen go from barely tolerable to "Wow" , I love my kitchen!! They went above and beyond on every part of this job. They were here when they said, all kind and courteous, did all of it in a day, extreme care with every detail and left no mess. This quality and level of service is unheard of these days. They are the model of what every company should strive to achieve. They made me the happiest customer ever!
